We are working with the City of Richmond to develop a new facility for the Terra Nova Sharing Farm. The building will help to consolidate many of the storage and operational needs, including vegetable processing and storage, garlic drying, bee hive processing and storage and tool storage.

We have been asked by our client, an experienced builder and developer, to work with the existing heritage home while increasing density on the lot. The proposal is to convert the existing heritage home into 3 units and to add an infill house (with parking below) at the rear of the property.

Five new townhouses with heritage character have been proposed for the corner of Garry Street and Yoshida Court in Steveston. The developer listened to neighbour feedback on massing, siting and traffic.

Our Vancouver client group was looking for help in adding value to their 1970's rental townhouse complex in Fort St. John. Working with a local building technologist, we developed a simple palette of remediations to satisfy the city planners as well as our clients' more practical requirements.

Rehabilitation of Minoru Chapel is being undertaken methodically during a multi-year process.

Working closely with the 5-member Lobby Committee for a Yaletown condo building, we developed a concept for updating the image of a the lobby. Many divergent ideas and concerns were factored in, including:

- the provision of seating, while discouraging lingering
